Reserve a seat before leaving your desk and give Manila Facilities visibility if the Shuttle Service is enough to cater employees transportation needs.

F: Feedback on Van 6 for 5:05 am, Today, 5/26/2016 the shuttle left at 5:15 as indicated in the manifesto wherein the schedule is for 5:05 am.


Please advise what is the actual schedule as well as considering changing the shuttle for 2:55 and other similar schedule where a Shuttle is to depart 5 minutes before usual employees get off shift.


R: There are different factors which contribute to delays in shuttle pick-ups. All employees, who encounter shuttle-related issues, are advised to submit a detailed report to the Facilities Helpdesk who will investigate and provide feedback within 24 to 48 hours.
